Nicolette
Nicolette recently relocated to the Gold Coast from Sydney to pursue her dream of becoming an Olympic Athlete in the 100m hurdles. As a former Oceania and National champion she understands what it takes to look after your body and prevent injury.
Nicolette has a background in Martial Arts and is a certificated Fitness, Strength and Conditioning coach. She is also a qualified Pilates Mat and Reformer teacher.
With experience working with so many types of clients from young athletes to elite high performance teams, she is passionate about her students living their best life through health and wellness. Fitness is her passion and she works hard each day to see smiling faces walk out of the studio.

Brittani
Brittani is a qualified Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates instruuctor. She is passionate about ensuring all clients feel part of the community when in the studio. Most importantly she wants everyone to have fuun and smile through that burn! Brittani's classes are for all fitness levels.

Charlotte recently moved to the sunny Gold Coast from Geelong to continue her passion in movement.
Trained in Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer, she loves sharing her passion daily in the studio. Her goal is to see people improve their overall strength and fitness levels through the practice of Pilates.
Charlotte loves a challenge and fiery workout! So come and try some of the signature Blend Sweat, Reformer and Mat Pilates sessions she is running at Breathe.

Melinda has been teaching for over 22 years on the Gold Coast and internationally in the UK, Europe and the Americas. She did her teaching training in beautiful Byron and has recently completed her Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer training.
Yoga and Pilates is all about the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion and release, and promoting harmony for the mind, body and soul. Life can get quite challenging sometimes for our bodies as well as our stress levels.
Join Mel and she will help increase your mobility, strength and flexibility to a level that will help you stay happy, healthy and avoid unnecessary injuries.

Melinda
Rosalyn
Rosalyn Lim is a certified senior level teacher in yoga. With over 15 years of experience in her field, she has explored various yoga styles and has studied under some of the world’s leading yoga teachers.
In her classes and workshop offerings, Rosalyn provides gentle guidance with a focus on anatomy and mindful movement.
Rosalyn draws on her experience in yoga, mindfulness and meditation to facilitate inclusive and safer spaces for students to cultivate the practice of personal autonomy and self agency. She recognises her work in strongly advocating for the intersectionality of wellness practices.
Lucy
Lucy has been dancing since she was three and has always loved performing. Classically trained in the Australian Conservatory of Ballet syllabus in addition to jazz, contemporary and lyrical styles. Lucy has four years of teaching experience with primary and pre-primary ballet students. She has her Certificate II and III in Dance, and this year started a degree in fine arts majoring in dance with the ambition to complete a master's of education in order to be a high school teacher. Lucy loves teaching and helping kids find their love of dance through creative expression and technique. You can join Lucy as she leads our Mini Ballet at Breathe.
Helen
Reformer & Mat Pilates
Helen has spent her lifetime exploring and studying the Ancient Teachings of Asia and Europe. She began studying the Upanishads and The Bhagavad Gita at the age of 14.
Having travelled extensively throughout the world within Europe and in India, Nepal and Tibet.
Having received transmissions and study in Tibetan Buddhism, Vedic Teachings, Shiva and Shakta Tantra.
Helen is a Yoga Alliance International Master Yoga Teacher - Only 22 registered worldwide.
The only Australian to have the permission to teach with The Ligmincha Training Program. Based on the Ancient BON Shamanic Tradition of Tibet.
Kirilee (Kirri)
Barre
Kirilee has a decade of experience in teaching and working as a dance industry professional. With a passion for movement, well-being, and knowledge sharing has been a constant driving force.
In 2017, she ventured into the fitness industry as a Barre instructor and expanded her qualifications to include Pilates Mat and Reformer. She also has gained valuable experience as a corrective exercise coach in a clinical setting.
Her enthusiasm for fostering positive changes in people's ability to move freely has led her to pursue a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology and Sport Science at Griffith University, where she continues to develop her expertise.
Kirrilee has worked over the years with diverse groups, ranging from children to seniors and individuals dealing with disabilities or injuries.
She is wholeheartedly dedicated to guiding individuals on their fitness journey and making a positive impact in this field.
You will get a great workout in any of her classes.
Kate
Barre
Kate is a Gold Coast local with a passion for health and fitness. Spending her childhood swimming, dancing, rowing and competing as a lifesaver. She now loves to compete as a marathon runner.
After actively enjoying pilates over the last few years to complement her running training, she saw amazing benefits that supported her balance, flexibility. Her love for pilates and movement continued to flourish, when she tried Barre, and decided she would love to become an instructor. She is excited to inspire and share her passion with every single class.
Kate's classes are fun, dynamic and a great workout!
Tiffany
Reformer Pilates
Tiffany began her love of movement and dance from the age of 4. She studied full-time ballet and contemporary on the Gold Coast and then went on to study at WAAPA in Perth. Tiffany performed overseas over the last 10 years as a professional dancer and aerialist.
On returning to Australia she completed her Reformer & Mat Pilates Training and now loves teaching! She has a passion for helping her clients explore their movement capabilities and improve their strength and flexibility through progressions of creative and fun exercises.
Tiffany will have you smiling your way through the burn! She has some great Reformer moves... you will love her classes!
